By adding this bot to your Discord server or using any of its commands, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please remove the bot from your server and discontinue use immediately.

The bot integrates with third-party APIs and services to provide its functionality. By using the bot, you acknowledge that:

• Data you provide through bot commands may be sent to third-party APIs (e.g., Clash of Clans API, Clash King API) to fulfil your request.
• Your use of features powered by third-party APIs is also subject to the terms of service and privacy policies of those respective providers.
• The bot developer is not affiliated with or endorsed by any third-party service provider.

3.2 Third-Party Terms

5. Account Verification & Linked Accounts

5.1 Account Linking

Shuna Bot allows users to link their Clash of Clans accounts to their Discord identity using the /link command. By linking an account, you confirm that:

• You are the legitimate owner of the Clash of Clans account being linked.
• You will not attempt to link accounts belonging to other players without their consent.
• The API token used for verification is provided solely to confirm ownership and is not stored beyond the verification process.

5.2 Verified Account Data

Once an account is verified, the bot may store and process the following data associated with your Clash of Clans account:

• Player tag and in-game name.
• Town Hall level and league information.
• Attack and defense statistics collected from public API endpoints.

5.3 Unlinking & Data Removal

You may unlink your Clash of Clans account at any time using the /unlink command. To request full removal of your stored data, contact the bot developer as described in Section 9.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the bot to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Violate Discord's Community Guidelines or Terms of Service.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users.
• Send spam, automated abuse, or excessive requests intended to overload the bot.
• Attempt to exploit, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the bot or its infrastructure.
• Use the bot to generate or distribute illegal, harmful, or malicious content.
• Circumvent any usage limits or restrictions imposed by the bot or third-party APIs.

Violation of these rules may result in your user or server being permanently blocked from using the bot.

8. Availability & Disclaimer

The bot is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the bot.
• Accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any data returned by third-party APIs.
• Continuous availability of any specific feature.

The bot developer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without prior notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the bot developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the bot or third-party API integrations, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or service interruptions.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the bot after changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
